TEEN STRONG
INTERMEDIATE

Our Teen Strong program offers strength and conditioning training for teens of all skill and ability levels.  

We focus on building a strong foundation with emphasis on proper form, solid technique, and safe movement to avoid injury in this important growth stage.  

Our goal is to help teens move better, build strength, create good movement patterns, and provide a fun and supportive environment to interact with others their age. 


Suitable for teens 12-16 years old.

This specific Teen Strong session is designed for those who have done 2-3 sessions of this program in the past.

This program is coached by Russell Flores.

WINTER SESSION, March 2022

8 Week Program, 2x/week, 60 minute classes 

March 24th - May 21st

Thursdays @ 7:15pm 
Saturdays @ 1:30pm

(NO CLASS on May 14th)

 

$325 per teen
