STRONG GIRLS 

We've taken this popular summer camp and turned into an 8-week fall program!

Our goal is to build an inclusive and supportive community of young women in order to help pre-teen girls build self esteem, self empowerment, and navigate self development.

Strong Girls focuses on the foundational elements of CrossFit.  Each session, the girls are exposed to a variety of functional movement.  All movements are taught in a controlled, progressive manner to ensure everyone is moving safely and efficiently.  

Our Strong Girls coach, Caitlin Scott, has a special flair for bringing fitness and fun together as a means of building a life-long love of being active and healthy that will shine through in everyday life and sport.
