Moms and babies, come join Anna Iskra, pre- and post-natal fitness specialist, for two hours a week dedicated to your physical and mental health.
In our mom and baby exercise classes, Anna will guide you through a workout specifically designed to safely work your core, endurance, and overall body strength with your baby by your side.
Our goal is to provide new moms with a healthy fitness routine in a supportive and encouraging environment led by an experienced instructor.
We know how busy new moms are, so for these two hours a week, make yourself priority number one! Come have fun, make some friends, and get a little sweaty.
And yes… we are a CrossFit gym, but this is NOT a CrossFit class. During this time, this is mom and baby space. Please send us a message with any questions or concerns.
Babies must be under 12 months old
Carriers and car seats only - no strollers please
