This week long camp is all about empowering girls through fitness and fun!
Our goal is to build an inclusive and supportive community of young women in order to help pre-teen girls build self esteem, self empowerment, and navigate self development.
Strong Girls focuses on the elements of CrossFit. Each day, the girls are exposed to a variety of functional movement. All movements are taught in a controlled, progressive manner to ensure everyone is moving safely and efficiently.
Our Strong Girls coach, Caitlin Scott, has a special flair for bringing fitness and fun together as a means of building a life-long love of being active and healthy that will shine through in every day life and sport.
