The Intermediate Program is designed for athletes who are able to perform small sets (2-5 reps) of basic gymnastics movements: Handstand Pushups, Pull-ups, Toes to Bar, and Ring Dips. These athletes are interested in making their movements more efficient in order to increase gymnastics endurance, specifically in a workout scenario.
We will focus on proper technique, movement patterns, and strength as well as correct body positions to maximize efficiency and avoid injury.
This program will also work through progressions for more advanced gymnastics movement such as Butterfly Pull-ups, Bar Muscle-ups, and Ring Muscle-ups.
You do not need to be able to perform these movements in order to register for this program.
