Each CrossFit class is 60 minutes long and lead by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. A typical class will start with a group warm-up, followed by a skill or a strength session. The coach will then review the Workout of the Day (the WOD), take the class through the movements required, and offer any necessary scaling options. Once everyone is ready, the clock starts! Daily WODs vary by movement, equipment, duration, and repetition count. The constant variability not only makes our CrossFit classes fun… but it delivers tried and true results.
