Our Bootcamp class focuses on cardio, resistance training, and conditioning, as well as the development of core strength.
Bootcamp makes use of a variety of equipment but without the more technical components of Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics skills included in our CrossFit classes.
These classes will make you SWEAT!
Bootcamp classes are offered on the follow days and times:
M/W - 7am (45 min class)
Tu/F - 10:15am (45 min class)
Sun - 9am (60 min class)
