BEGINNER'S GYMNASTICS PROGRAM

This registered program is for athletes who are interested in learning to perform basic CrossFit gymnastics movements.  Technique and progressions will be taught for handstand pushups, strict and kipping pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and ring dips.  The focus is to build strength and develop technically-sound movement patterns.  This is the foundation for progressing to more intermediate and advanced gymnastics movements such as chest-to-bar pull ups, butterfly pull-ups, and muscle-ups.
